About Us

Ninja Obstacle Sports Ontario – The future of Ninja Ontario

Ninja Obstacle Sports Ontario (NOSO) was founded to meet the growing needs of Ontario’s dynamic and passionate ninja community. This league isn’t just about competition—it’s about connection, growth, and building a lasting future for ninja obstacle sports in Ontario. With the support of Ontario’s top gyms and under the guidance of Obstacle Sports Canada, we’re creating a league that empowers athletes of all ages and skill levels to compete, grow, and thrive.

Whether you’re stepping onto the course for the first time or aiming for international level competitions, we’re here to support your journey—every step, swing, and stride of the way.

Mission and Goals

Putting Athletes First

Our mission is to create the most athlete-focused ninja league in Canada—one that is built with transparency, community input, and long-term growth in mind.

Our Goal

To host Ontario’s largest and most exciting Provincial Championship – “Ninja Mania”, and to create clear, competitive pathways national and international competitions.

How We Operate

  • Non-Profit, Athlete-Driven: All revenue is reinvested into league competitions, events, and athlete support systems.
  • Transparent Governance: A volunteer Board of Directors oversees strategic planning and league operations.
  • Season Format: September to March will have qualifier competitions for athletes to qualify to our three-day Provincial Championship featuring events in Speed, Endurance and Ninja vs. Ninja.
  • Pathways to Progress: Top athletes will qualify for national and international competitions.
  • Community Focused: We work closely with gym owners and the broader ninja community to ensure fairness, opportunity, and fun.
